By engaging with LV Mobile APPs 360—whether for mobile app development, subscription plans, consultations, or digital marketing services—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

LV Mobile APPs 360 offers mobile app development, design, deployment, and maintenance services to small and medium-sized businesses, along with marketing and promotional support.

Service plans include (but are not limited to):

• Mobile App Design & Development
• App Store Submission Assistance
• Push Notifications & Loyalty Program Integration
• Website & App Bundles
• Subscription-Based Support & Hosting

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete your project.
• Review and approve deliverables promptly.
• Register and maintain your own Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Make timely payments according to the agreed subscription or service plan.
• Respect the intellectual property and proprietary content of LV Mobile APPs 360.

All content, trademarks, designs, code, and digital assets created by LV Mobile APPs 360 remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received and project terms are completed. Unauthorized duplication or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

Clients agree to the following:

• One-time setup fees and monthly subscription fees must be paid as outlined in your selected plan.
• Promotional discounts must be used within the promotional window and cannot be retroactively applied.
• Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services.

• Monthly subscriptions begin once your app is launched and active.
• You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ written notice.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Upon cancellation, we may remove your app from app stores and terminate access to related services.

LV Mobile APPs 360 strives to provide reliable and high-performing mobile app solutions. However, we make no guarantees regarding third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google) and are not responsible for outages, platform policies, or service delays beyond our control.

Under no circumstance shall LV Mobile APPs 360 be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be resolved within the jurisdiction of Riverside County, California.
